Core function
It is a joint R&D project by MTcure and the medical team of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. This App provides assistance in the assessment of musculoskeletal and joint’s conditions. There are two medical quantitative indicators, such as the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) and the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC). With these two indicators, users can easily assess their pain, joint stiffness and impact on daily life by themselves.
Moreover, the users’ health data are recorded in our cloud storage system and will be further analyzed by the MTcure medical team. Therefore, it can assist the doctor in the diagnostic process and can track patients’ recovery progress systematically. There are four core functions as follow:
1. To understand the pain, joint stiffness, and impact on daily life
2. To assess the muscle quality and muscle damage conditions
3. Cloud management of users’ quantitative health data
4. Tracking and analysis of rehabilitation history data
