保養條款以及細則
1.請保留銷售收據確認購買日期作一年保養證明,若客戶未能出示購貨單據及未完成保養登記,則表示本產品保養未能生效,客戶必須支付相關維修服務費用。
2.有效保養期內,產品如有故障,經保養方技術人員證實是在正常使用情況下發生,保養方將提供免費修理及零件更換服務,所有從用戶處更換的已損壞零件,均歸屬保養方。
3.如遇以下情況,保養將自動失效 :
a) 曾被蓄意修改產品內容任何部分 ;
b) 曾被錯誤操作,不小心使用,濫用、疏忽、人為引致損壞,因不 正常電壓而造成損壞; 因意外、火災、水災,天然災害或其他非產品可控制之原因而引致損壞。
4.如果證實不在正常使用下損壞,客户要支付相關的維修及零件費用。
5.保養服務只適用於香港
1.Please keep the sales receipt to confirm the purchase date as a one-year maintenance certificate. If the customer fails to show the purchase receipt and complete the maintenance registration, it means that the product maintenance has not taken effect, and the customer must pay the relevant maintenance service fees.
2.During the effective maintenance period, if the product is faulty, the maintenance party’s technicians have confirmed that it occurred under normal use. The maintenance party will provide free repair and parts replacement services. All damaged parts replaced from the user belong to the maintenance party.
3.In the following cases, the maintenance will automatically become invalid:
a) Any part of the product content has been deliberately modified ;
b) It has been mishandled, used carelessly, abused, neglected, damaged by man-made, damaged due to abnormal voltage; damaged due to accidents, fires, floods, natural disasters or other reasons beyond the control of the product.
4.If it is confirmed that it is not damaged under normal use, the customer has to pay the related repair and parts costs.
5.The maintenance service is only applicable to Hong Kong.
